Hello coffee and chocolate lovers. It’s been a beautiful year for us, and we so appreciate your patience as we took a pretty significant hiatus this past season. It’s our fervent hope to return to regular posts in 2024 on this blog/site. Expect more weekly Espumas, reviews and articles. It brings us great joy to post here, and we haven’t stopped exploring time cupsouls in Washington, DC and beyond.
This year we traveled to Portland, Oregon and Tampa, Florida, as well as to Israel. As we’ve previously written on our Instagram, Israel’s coffee scene is absolutely exceptional. However, we understand that the war has overshadowed the region, and it is not the time to discuss coffee shops at the moment. Obviously, our deepest hope is for peace. May the hope and light of the season give us all the strength to carry on. Portland had a great coffee shop scene as well… It’s also the home of Ranger Chocolate Co, a delicious craft chocolate maker. They have a gorgeous store in downtown Portland. We hope to return again soon in warmer weather to see the roses.
2024 will likely bring us to the midwest, and also hopefully back to coffee country… somewhere tropical, perhaps? It’s a dream and one on our vision board. We were grateful for community this past year and good health, and hope to only improve upon those two things in 2024. One of the highlights of this past year was taking an art class, and we are cooking up an article on that. Expect one in a few weeks.
